BUTTERSCOTCH KALAKAND

Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer -  250 gms
Sugar    4 tbsp
Cardamom powder  -  1 tsp
Crushed almonds  -  1 tbsp
Crushed  pistachio  - 1 tbsp
Butter scotch    -   1 cup

METHOD
Grate the  paneer  and very well. 
Heat the pan and add paneer and cook in a low flame until the  mixture is thick. 
Add sugar add cardamom powder and  half cup of butter scotch and mix well.
Pour the mixture on the plate and spread it.
Garnish with butter scotch .
Cut in a diamond shape.
