KIMAMI SEVAIYA

Serves  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Sevaiya      -   100 gms
Mawa /whole dried milk   - 100 gms
Sugar          -  1/2 cup
Milk         -      2 cup
Clarified butter / ghee  -     2 tbsp
Cardamom powder   -  1/4 tsp
Kevra water   -    4 - 5 drops
Chopped cashew nuts     - 1 tbsp
Raisins      - 1 tbsp
Almonds   -   1 tbsp
Makhana  - 1 cup


METHOD
Heat clarified butter / ghee and roast the  sewai on medium flame.
Now add one cup of water and  cook until water absorb it.
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled ,keep it on a low flame and add mawa and sugar and mix well.
Now add  the roasted sevaiya in it.
Cook for five mins.
In another pan heat  clarified butter and fry the makhana,almonds,cashew nuts and raisins and add in the Sevaiya and turn off the flame.
Add cardamom powder andkevra water into the sewai
Garnish with fried chopped cashew nuts,almonds,makhana and raisins.
