SPINACH AND CORN SANDWICH


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Bread                                             -                                        8 slice
Blanched spinach / palak               -                                     1 bowl
Grated processed cheese                -                                        1 cube
Grated cottage cheese / paneer       -                                      50 gms
Crushed garlic                                 -                                      1/2 tsp
Black pepper                                   -                                      a pinch
American corn                                -                                         2 tbsp
Butter                                              -                                         50 gms
Salt                                                 -                                        to taste
Oil                                                  -                                          2 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add crushed garlic and saute for one mins.
Add blanched spinach / palak and american corn and mix well.
Add white sauce,salt,black pepper,cheese and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
Now stuffing mixture is ready.
Apply butter on the bread slices.
Now spread spinach mixture on the bread.
Cover with other slice of bread.
Heat non stick pan.
Grease with butter and place the spinach sandwich on a medium flame.
When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
Cut into two pieces.
