INGREDIENTS
Grated watermelon white portion -250 gms
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Mawa - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and grate the watermelon rind.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add grated watermelon and saute for five mins.
Now cover the lid and cook in a slow flame until the oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Add sugar,mawa and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Add cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
Garnish with almonds.
