INGREDIENTS
Grated raw mango - 250 gms
Green chilly - 100 gms
Fenugreek seeds/methi dana - 1/4 tsp
Yellow mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Yellow mustard powder - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 100 gms
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Wash and remove the skin of the raw mango and grate it
Heat mustard oil in a pan add asafoetida fenugreek seeds/methi dana and mustard seeds to crackle
Turn off the flame.
Now add grated raw mango,green chilly and mix it well.
Also add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt and yellow mustard seeds powder and mix well.
Your instant mango and green chilly pickle is ready to eat.
