INGREDIENTS
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Rava - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 10 - 12
Almonds - 10 - 12
Ripe mango chunks - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Roast the rava on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
Heat mango pulp,sugar and milk in a pan,keep it medium flame for five mins.
When it gets stick means syrup is ready.
Add roasted rava and mix it well.
Add cashew nuts,almonds and ripe mango chunks. and mix it well.
Garnish with cashew nuts ,almonds and ripe mango chunks.
