INGREDIENTS
Watermelon pieces - 1 cup
Milk - 5 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Almonds - for garnishing
METHOD
Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep in the low flame
Stir continuously,cook until the milk reduced to 1/3
Add sugar ,cardamom powder,cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled add the watermelon pieces and mix it well.
Serve chilled.
