INGREDIENTS
Ripe banana - 5
All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Orange food color - a pinch
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,sugar,salt,cardamom powder,orange food color and water.
Make a thick and smooth batter.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Cut the banana into four pieces.
Dip the banana pieces into the batter and place in the pan.
Turn and cook until golden and crispy on both the sides.
