INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 500 gms
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Sauf powder / fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Green chilly paste - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vinegar - 1tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 2
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,kashmiri mirch powder,black peooer powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,sauf powder/fennel seeds powder,salt and vinegar.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan.
Add sliced onion and curry leaves and fry till transparent.
Add marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook in a low flame.
Add little water and cook for 7 - 8 mins.
Serve hot with chapatis.
