INGREDIENTS
Curd - 1 bowl
Finely chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
Finelt chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
'Finely chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds / jeera - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powdder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add garlic,ginger and green chilly and fry till golden brown.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Switch off the gas.
Beat the curd and add in thed pan.
Enjoy with yellow curd.
