INGREDIENTS
Bread - 4 slices
Butter - 1 cube
Mayo - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped shimla mirch - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato seedless - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped cucumber - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Zero size sev - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Take a bowl add all the veggies onion,chat masala,salt black pepper powder and chilly garlic sauce and mayo and mix well.
Apply butter on one side of the bread slice.
Apply this veggie mixture on the bread slice.
Spread zero size sev on the veggie mixture .
Now cover this bread with another bread slice,
Heat pan and grease with buttert and place the sandwich in it in medium flame.
When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread butter both the slices get golden brown.
Cut in two pieces.
