INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 500 gms
Chopped onion - one and half k.g
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Black cardamom - 2 piece
Green cardamom - 3 piece
Cloves - 3 piece
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Mace - 1 piece
Whole black pepper - 3 - 4
Bay leaf - 1 - 2
Whole red chilly - 2
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kasmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Chopped tomato - 2 medium size
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf,cloves,green cardamom,black cardamom,black pepper,cinnamon,whole red chilly,whole black pepper,mace to crackle.
Add onion,ginger,and garlic and saute for 3 - 4 mins till light brown.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder and chicken pieces.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Add salt and garam masala powder and cover it on a slow flame till chicken pieces absorb the water.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
