INGREDIENTS
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add grated carrot and stir continuously for 6 - 7 mins
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add milk powder and stir continuously till ghee starts separating.
Pour the mixture on the grease plate.
Garnish with cashew nuts.
After half an hour cut in a diamond shape.
