INGREDIENTS
Fish pieces with bone - 500 gms
Gram flour - 300 gms
Carom seeds /ajwain - 5 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Amchur / roasted mango powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash the fish.Marinate with turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice.
Keep it half an hour.
Take a bowl add gram flour,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds,roaster mango powder,chat masala,salt and some water to make a solid batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the marinated fish pieces into the gram flour batter.
Coat them well.
Deep fry the fish pieces golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot.
