INGREDIENTS
Achar wali hari mirch - 250 gms
Cumin seeds - a pinch
Black mustard seeds - a pinch
Onion seeds / kalonji - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Jaggery water - 1/2 cup
Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 7 - 8
METHOD
Remove the seeds of the mirch / chilly and chop it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add green chill and saute for one mins and strain it.
In the same oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,onion seeds and curry kleaves to crackle.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and sesame seeds and mix well.
Add tamarind / imli water and jaggery / gur water and salt.
Add fried mirchi and mix well.
Serve with chapaties.
