ROSE SHRIKHAND

Serve- 2

INGREDIENTS
Hung curd- 1 cup
Honey  -2 tbsp
Rose syrup- 2 tbsp
Fresh cream  - 2 tbsp

Cherry  - for garnishing 

Mint leaves  - for garnishing 

Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Whisk the hung curd. Add honey, rose syrupfresh cream and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Garnish with cherry  and mint leaves. 
Serve chilled.
