INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 1/2
Ripe mango - 2
Fresh cream - 1 bowl
Milkmaid - 1 bowl
Honey -2 tbsp
Cherry - for garnishing
Mint leaves - for garnishing
METHOD.
Take a blender we blend raw mango and ripe mango
Now add milkmaid,honey in the blender and blend to make a paste and now add fresh cream and mix well.
Pour the mango icecream in the air tight container.
Keep in the freezer for two hours.
Take it out and churn the mango icecream mixture and freeze it
After two hours it would have completely formed.
Yummy mango icecream is ready garnish with cherry and mint leaves.
