STRAWBERRY KALAKAND

INGREDIENTS
Strawberry  compote - 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese paneer - 1 cup
Sugar  - 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio  - 2 tbsp


METHOD
Blend the paneer in the blender to make smooth .
Heat strawberry  compote in a pan and stir continuously till thick and strain it.
Heat the paneer in the pan .
Add sugar and mix well.

,Continuous stirring until the moisture would begin to dry up now add the strawberry compote and mix well,remove the pan from heat and pour the mixture into grease plate.
Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
Garnish with pistachio.
