SWEET POTATO CHAT

INGREDIENTS
Boiled sweet potato   - 3 - 4
Pomegranate seeds  - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilly  -  1
Finely chopped coriander leaves  - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice  -  1 tbsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Chat masala  -  1 tsp
Sugar  - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp

METHOD
Boil the sweet potato in a pressure cooker,remove the skin of the sweet potato and cut into pieces.
Take a large bowl add sweet potato,pomegranate seeds,green chilly and lemon juice and mix well.
Sprinkle salt,chat masala,red chilly powder,black salt and,black pepper powder and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
