INGREDIENTS
Digestive biscuits - 3 - 4
Dates - 7 - 8
Sugar - 1/4 cup to caramalize
Milk - 2 cup
METHOD
Heat a pan add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir continuously on a high flame.
Cook until the sugar melts and caramalize it.
Boil milk in a pan add biscuits and dates intothe milk and stir continuously.
Now milk is thick and add in the carmalized bowl and steam for 25 mins.
Once cooled keep into the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Flip into the plate and serve chilled.
