DATES AND BISCUITS BURFI

 


Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Dates  -  20  - 25
Grated coconut  -  2 tbsp
Poppy seeds  -  2 tbsp
Chopped cashew nuts  -  1 tbsp
Chopped almonds  -  1 tbsp
Chopped walnuts  -  1 tbsp
Raisins  - 1 tbsp
Pista - 1 tbsp
Digestive biscuits - 10 - 12

METHOD
Dry roast all dry nuts in a medium flame.
In the same pan dry roast grated coconut and keep it aside.
In the same pan dry roast the poppy seeds and keep it aside.
Add the digestive biscuits into the blender and blend it.
Remove the seeds  and finely chop the dates.
Take the dates in a pan till soft.
Turn off the flame.
Add all dry nuts,raisins,poppy seeds and grated coconut and mix well
Now add digestive biscuits powder and mix well..
Pour the mixture into greased plate and cut into diamond shape..
