CABBAGE AND CARROT SOUP

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped cabbage - 1 cup
Chopped carrot - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 1 small size
Salt - to taste
Water - 2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat olive oil in a pan,add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Now add cabbage,carrot and salt and stir for 2 - 3 mins and add in the pressure cooker with two cup of water.
After one whistle simmer the flame for ten mins.
Once cooled blend in the blender.
Add milk,black pepper and cook for five mins, serve hot.
