Ghee/clarified butter - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Green cardamom- 1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds- 1 tbsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
METHOD

Heat ghee in a pan. Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.

Keep it medium flame for 8 -10 mins.
Add roasted besan and til and all dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
