INGREDIENTS
Dry red chilly - 15 - 20
Minced garlic - 2 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Soak dry red chilly in a warm water
.Blend the red chilly to make a fine paste.
Heat mustard oil in a pan
Add minced garlic and ginger
Add red chilly paste and mix well.
Cook on low flame for ten mins.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce,black pepper powder, salt,sugar and lemon juice.
