INGREDIENTS
Chopped apple - 1
Chopped almonds - 6 - 8
Oats - 1/4 cup
Crushed ice - 8 - 10
Honey - 2tbsp
METHOD
Wash and chop the apple crush the almonds
Take a blender add apple,Oats and crushed almonds and blend to make smooth.
Add crushed ice in the serving glass
and pour the Oats apple smoothie in the serving glass garnish with Oats and crushed almonds.
