LACCHA PARATHA EGG ROLLS

Cooking Time :25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour   -   2 cup
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Egg  - 4
Clarified butter  -  1/2 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Finely Chopped  onion  - 1/2 bowl 
Finely  Chopped  green chilli  - 2
Finely  Chopped  coriander leaves  - 2 tbsp 
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl combine all purpose flourwheat flour,salt and 3 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Cover it and keep aside 30 mins
Divide the dough into four parts.
Roll out dough into thin chapati spread clarified butter on it.
Now dust the dry flour and roll it. 
Now dust the dry flour and roll out chapati.
On a heated pan make  Chapati. 
Take a bowl beat one egg and mix salt,onion, green chilly  and coriander  leaves and mix well. 
.Heat clarified butter in a pan spread the egg and place the chapati over the egg and press it.
Spread some clarified butter on it
Flip over and cook on the other  side fold it,make a roll.
Now laccha paratha  egg  roll is ready to eat
