INGREDIENTS
Milk - 2 cup
Chocolate syrup - 1 cup
Thick curd - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Sugar powder - 4 tbsp
Milk rusk - 6 - 8
Cherry - for garnishing
METHOD
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel once boiled keep it in a low flame untl thick and add sugar and chocolate syrup.
Take sugar powder and mix into the thick curd.
Take a milk rusk and dip into the chocolate milk and layer those sliced into a shallow serving dish cover with thick curd or yogurt.
Repeat the process with the final layer of thick curd or yogurt.
Keep in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours.
Serve the chocolate yogurt pudding with garnish of cherry and chocolate syrup.
