TANDOORI ALOO PARATHA/POTATO STUFF PARATHA


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Carom seeds/ajwain  - a pinch
Onion seeds /mangrail - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Water  - as required
Butter - 50 gms
For stuffing
Boiled n mashed potato  - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion -  2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped coriander leaves -  1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

METHOD
Make a soft dough with the listed ingredients except butter.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Stuff the potato filling in the dough and roll into balls.
Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
Preheat the oven for 180.c .
Place the aloo paratha.
Cook on one side for two mins and then flip over till brown.
Apply butter and serve hot.
