Prep Time  : 10 mins

Green bean    -    1 cup
Gram flour    -   1/2 cup
Rice flour     -    2 tbsp
Red chilly powder   -   1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste  -   1/2 tsp
Baking powder   -   1/2 tsp
Salt   -     to taste
Oil  -  for frying

Boil green bean in a hot water for 5 mins. till crisp
Take a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,baking powder and salt and mix well.
With the help of water make a thick batter.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Dip the green bean into the batter and deep fry for 3 - 4 mins until golden brown.
Strain in a paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
