LYCHEE KHEER


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Milk                                                         -                                  5 cup
Chopped lychee pulp                               -                                   1 bowl
Rice flour                                                 -                                   50 gms
Sugar                                                        -                                    2 tbsp
Whole dried milk / mawa                         -                                   2 tbsp
Cardamom powder                                   -                                   1/4 tsp

METHOD
Soak rice for half an hour and crush in the blender.
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep in a low flame.
Add crushed rice and stir in between thickening the milk.
Cook well till it gets thick and rice is fully done.
Add sugar and whole dried milk and mix well.
Add roughly chopped lychee and cardamom powder and cook one to two mins.
