Cottage cheese / paneer                                -                                100 gms
All purpose flour                                          -                                     2 tsp
Baking powder                                             -                                  1/4 tsp
Green cardamom powder                             -                                  1/4 tsp
Sugar                                                            -                                    1 cup
Water                                                            -                                  1/2 cup
Oil                                                                 -                              for frying

Heat sugar and water till sugar disolves.
Bring into two sting consistency and add cardamom powder.
The sugar syrup is ready.
We mashed the cottage cheese / paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
Mix all purpose flour and baking powder and mashed the paneer / cottage cheese.
Roll the dough into medium thick pipe and curve it like jalebi shape.
Heat oil in a pan and add the paneer jalebi.
Lower the heat and fry till light brown.
Soak the paneer jalebi in the sugar syrup.
Serve hot
