Whole gram flour /besan                          -                                100 gms
Clarified butter / ghee                               -                                 2 tbsp
Sugar                                                         -                                125 gms
Water                                                        -                                60 gms
Cardamom powder                                   -                                 a pinch
Whole dried milk / mawa                         -                                 2 tbsp

 Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Roast whole gram flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
Add whole dried milk / mawa and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
In another pan add sugar and water till sugar disolves.
Keep it medium flame for 8 - 10 mins.
Bring into two stir consistency.
Add gram flour,cardamom powder and mix well.
Soon the mixture will start thicken.
Keep a grease plate ready and add the sweet mixture.
Spread evenely.
