RABRI


Prep Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 40 mins
Serves  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Full fat milk                                    -                                 1 ltr
Sugar                                               -                                 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder                         -                                  1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds                            -                                  1 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts                      -                                   1 tsp

Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
Once boiled, keep it on a low flame in gas and stir occassionaly for thickening the milk.
When cream layer appears on the surface,shift it towards the side of a pan.
Repeat the same process.
Add sugar according to your taste.
Turn off the gas.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Add roughly chopped almonda and cashew nuts.
Allow it to cool completely.
Then keep it in the fridge.
Yummy rabri is ready to serve.
