Milk                                  -                               1 ltr
Vermicelli sevai                  -                               2 tbsp
Cardamom powder              -                               a pinch
Raisins                               -                               1 tbsp
Crushed almonds                 -                               1 tbsp
Ghee                                   -                               1 tbsp

Heat ghee in a pan.
Add vermicelli sevai and stir fry on low flame.
After they turn light brown and crispy switch off the gas.
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep in a low flame.
Add fried vermicelli sevai to the milk,stir in between thickening the milk.
Cook well till it gets thick and vermicelli sevai mix well in the milk.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with crushed almonds and raisins.
