CARROT PAYESH




INGREDIENTS
Milk                                   -                          1 ltr
Grated carrot                       -                           1 cup
Sugar                                  -                           1 tbsp
Cardamom powder               -                           a pinch
Crushed almonds                 -                           1 tbsp
Raisions                              -                           1 tbsp

METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep in a low flame.Add grated carrot to the milk.
Stir in between for thickening the milk.
Cook well till it gets thick and carrot mix well in the milk

Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with crushed almonds and raisions.
