CHEESLING




INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida                              -                             1 cup
Grated cheese                                               -                             2 cubes
Black pepper                                                -                             a pinch
Oil                                                              -                             1 tbsp
Salt                                                             -                             to taste
Oil for frying                                               -                             1 cup

METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix all the ingredients.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll like a thin  chapati.
Now cut the circle in small diamond shape.

Heat enough oil in a wok for deep frying.
Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.
Drain on paper napkin.
Serve with tea or coffee.
