INGREDIENT
Take a bowl and add 2 cup water in it. Boil it for a while and soak the soya nuggets in lukewarm water for an hour or so. This will make the nuggets soft. Drain, cool, squeeze the chunks and keep them aside.
Wash all the vegetables in cold water. Pat them dry and chop them fine keep them aside.
Toss tomato.onion,cucumber,capsicum,Soya nuggets into a large bowl. over the salad mixture
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.Arrange in salad bowls,enjoy.
