INGREDIENTS
Blueberry puree - 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese paneer - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Blend the paneer in the blender to make smooth
Heat paneer and sugar in a pan and stir continuously and now add blueberry puree in the pan.
,Continuous stirring until the moisture would begin to dry up now remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Pour the paneer blueberry mixuture into the mould and keep into the fridge for an hour.
Now blueberry sondesh is ready to serve.
