INGREDIENTS
Ripe avocado - 1
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Garlic clove - 1
Black pepper corn - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tsps
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Wash and remove the seed of the avocado and cut into pieces.
Take the pulp of avocado and add crushed garlic clove ,green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and olive oil.
Now add the lemon juice and mix it well.
Mash the avocado and mix it very well .
Now avocado chutney is ready to eat.
