INGREDIENTS
Atta bread slices - 4
Ripe avocado - 1
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Garlic clove - 1
Black pepper corn - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tsps
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Avocado sandwich
Wash and remove the seed of the avocado and cut into pieces.
Take the pulp of avocado and add crushed clove ,green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and olive oil.
Now add the lemon juice and mix it well.
Mash the avocado and mix it very well now stuffing is ready.
Take a slice of bread and spread the avocado mixture and cover with other bread.
Place on the hot pan and make the sandwich.
Slice the sandwich into triangles or squares.
Now your sandwich is ready to serve.
Avocado toast
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until crispy.
Place the crispy toast on a plate and spread the avocado mixture,
Cut into halves serve immediately.
