Thin sewain - 200 gms
Sugar - 100 gms
Mawa/whole dried milk - 100 gms
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add cashew nuts and almonds and fry it then turn off the flame and now add raisins.
Again heat clarified butter in the same pan.
Add thin sewain and fry till golden brown.
Make a packet of fried sewain in the muslin cloth and add in the hot water for 30 seconds and remove it.
Now make a sugar syrup
Heat sugar and four tbsp water in a pan,when sugar dissolves it add mawa,cardamom powder and saffron and mix well.
Now add fried thin sewain and all dry fruits and mix well.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve
