INGREDIENTS
Rice flour - 1/2 bowl
All purpose flour - 1/2
Blanched spinach - 1 bowl
Green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
White til/sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,blanched spinach,white sesame seeds,butter,ginger and green chilly paste and salt and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Now place the dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
It takes one to two mins.
Serve hot with tea.
