ALOO METHI /POTATO AND METHI LEAVES


Prep  Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Tomato  -   6
Green chilly  -  3 - 4 cut in slit
 Crushed garlic cloves  -  6 - 8
Boiled potato n cut into two pieces  -   2 cup
Fresh methi leaves  -  1 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add tomato paste,crushed garlic cloves and green chilly.
Cook in a low flame till thick or cook 8 - 10 mins.
Add potato/aloo methi and salt and mix well.
Cook in a slow flame for 10 mins.
Serve hot with chapatis
