CHEESY CORN PAKORA


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Grated corn   -  4 tbsp
All purpose flour   -   1/2 bowl
Grated cheese   -    1 cube
Oregano   -  1/4 tsp
Herbs    -   1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion   -  2 tbsp
Chilly flex   -  1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Salt   -  to taste
Green coriander leaves   -  1 tbsp
Oil   -  for frying

METHOD
Take a bowl add all listed ingredients except oil.
With the help of water make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the crispy pakora.
Drain in napkin.
Serve with sauce.
