SAGO / SABUDANA NAMKEEN MIXTURE


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Sago / sabudana    -  1/2 cup
Peanuts   -  1/2 bowl
Potato  -  1 big size
Sendha salt   -   to taste
Sugar powder  -   1/2 tsp
Clarified butter  -    for frying

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Deep fry the sago / sabudana and strain it.
In the same pan deep fry the peanuts on a low flame and strain it.
Peel and wash the potato and grate it.
In the same pan deep fry the grated potato and strain it.
Take a large bowl combine fried sago / sabudana,fried peanuts and fried grated potato and mix well.
Season with sendha salt ,sugar powder  and mix well.
Serve with tea.
