Hang curd - 1 cup
Diced capsicum - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
Brown bread - 6 slices
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chilly flex - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours.
In a bowl mix together hang curd,capsicum,chilly flex,chat masala,black pepper powder,coriander leaves,green chilly,ginger,salt and sugar and mix well.
Cut the edges of the bread.
Place the bread on the plate and sprinkle some water.
Add the curd mixture in the corner of the bread and roll it tightly and lock them.
Keep in the fridge for half an hour.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the curd rolls.
Deep fry till light brown.
