INGREDIENTS
Bread - 3 slices
Suji / semolina - 3 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 3 tbsp
Mix veg(chopped french beans
diced capsicum,diced carrot,diced
onion.chopped green chilly,
chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - as required
METHOD
Cut the edges of the bread.
In a blender add bread slices and blend it.
Take a bowl mix all the above ingredients except oil.
Keep it for half an hour.
Heat one tbsp oil in a non stick pan and spread the batter.
Flip when done on one side.
Serve hot.
