CURD GULABJAMUN


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 6  -  8

INGREDIENTS
Curd  -  1 kg
All purpose flour  -  150 gms
Baking powder  -  1/2 tsp
Oil  -  for frying
For syrup
Sugar  -  2 cup
Water  -  2 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1 tsp
Saffron  -  few strands

METHOD
Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours then we get hung curd.
Add all purpose flour and baking powder in the hung curd and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gulab jamun.
Heat sugar and water in a pan and boil till two stir consistency.
Add saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add the fried gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.
After two hours serve.
