INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese / paneer - 200 gms cubes
Chopped onion - 1 big size
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1 medium size
Curd - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion and fry till transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and two spoon water and saute for one to two mins.
Add tomato and mix well.
Add curd and mix well.
Add cottage cheese / paneer and one cup of water.
Cover it and cook for 4 - 5 mins. in a low flame.
Serve hot with chapatis.
