INGREDIENTS
Poha - 2 cup
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Corn flax - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 - 12
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilly flex - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Add turmeric powder and deep fry poha,peanuts and corn flax one by one and drain in a paper napkin.
Deep fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix well.
Sprinkle chat masala,salt,sugar and chi
lly flex and m ix well.
